Information technical documentation
The digitisation of product information and technical documentation is becoming increasingly important.
In light of the new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, we will continue to expand the digital documentation for our products.
As we already provide the technical documentation for the majority of our products in digital form on a USB stick, we are now taking the next step:
In future, we will be providing selected products with a QR code on the type plate or, for certain product groups, with an additional NFC sticker directly next to the type plate.

These labels allow you to access the latest technical documentation for your product quickly, from anywhere and at any time, using a smartphone or tablet.
Wenn eine Kennzeichnung auf dem Produkt nicht möglich ist, befindet sich in der Verpackung oder in den Lieferpapieren ein Begleitdokument mit Informationen, wie Sie auf die digitale Dokumentation zugreifen können.
Should you nevertheless require a hard copy of the product’s technical documentation, please contact our customer service team. We will provide this free of charge within one month of the delivery date.
