The webshop is expected to be available again from voraussichtlich ab dem 10. März 2025 . All registered users with access to the Extranet will automatically receive an email with their new login credentials. From that point on, you will be able to place orders directly through the webshop again.
As of 12.12.2024 , all Webshop/Extranet accounts will be deactivated due to the implementation of our new ERP system.
From that point forward, inquiries and orders can no longer be placed via the online shop.
Instead, you can submit inquiries and orders via email to vertrieb@vetter-kabel.de .
In the lowest level of the catalog, item numbers are listed. Clicking on a blue-highlighted item number will take you to the item's detail page, where you can enter the desired quantity and see your personalized price. You can also add the item directly to your cart.
Alternatively, you can add products directly to your cart from the lowest catalog level. A pop-up window will appear, displaying the sales price, your discount, and the total price. You can also adjust the order quantity here.
In the top right corner of the menu bar, you will see an icon that is half blue and half white. Clicking on this icon will switch the background between white and black.
In the top right corner of the menu bar, you will see the German flag. Clicking on it allows you to switch the language to English. Once changed, the English flag will be displayed instead.
In the middle left section of the screen, you will see a blue speech bubble. Clicking on it opens our contact form. You can select the topic of your inquiry and fill in the relevant fields. Please ensure all required fields (marked with an asterisk) are completed. After submission, we will process your request as quickly as possible and provide a response.
In the top right corner of the menu, you will see a shopping cart icon. Clicking on it will take you directly to your cart.
Within the cart, you can adjust the quantity of items or remove products. Any quantity changes will automatically update the price. You can also enter an alternative delivery address, which will be saved for future orders for quick selection.
At the bottom of the cart, you can choose whether to request a formal quote with delivery time or place a binding order. In both cases, a sales representative will review your request, and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible.
Click on "Login/Register" in the top right menu. Then, select "Register now" and fill in all the required fields.
As our shop is designed exclusively for business customers (B2B), your account will be manually verified by our team before activation. Once the verification is complete, you will receive a confirmation email—usually within a short period.
If we require any additional information, we will contact you directly.
Our webshop features a full-text search function, allowing you to search using both letters and numbers. For the best and most accurate search results, we recommend entering at least three characters or numbers.
In the top menu bar, click on "Products." A table of contents will open on the left, where you can select "Overview" or go directly to the desired product category. Clicking on a category will reveal subcategories, allowing you to navigate to the specific product groups. You can access the "Products" button from any page to reopen the table of contents.
By clicking on "Orders" in the menu, you will see an overview of your orders from January 1, 2025. With just a few clicks, you can reorder individual products. You can also access order-related documents (order confirmation, delivery note, and invoice) by clicking the three-dot menu.
Additionally, you can search within your orders by item name, item number, order number, buyer, or date.
