The MP 50 electronic recorder serves as a tensile force measuring and recording device for cable capstan winches. It automatically recognises the connected machine type and thus enables simple and safe machine operation. The pulling force is continuously monitored and the winch is automatically stopped as soon as the preset pulling force is reached.
The input and display of the most important parameters such as maximum pulling force, route section, construction project and cable parameters are conveniently carried out via a 7-inch touchscreen.
The recorded data is automatically logged and a PDF log with diagram display is then generated. The clear blow-in log can be easily transferred to any receiving devices such as Android tablets or smartphones via the WiFi function. Thanks to the USB interface, the PDF logs can also be transferred to other devices using a USB stick.
The MP 50 is supplied in a separate case. The battery lasts approx. 11 hours and can be charged during operation via the motor battery or with one of the supplied charging cables for 12V or 230V.
Thanks to the IoT-capable GSM modem, the MP 50 is already prepared for the remote monitoring solution currently being developed by Plumettaz. This will enable you to monitor the machine remotely in the future. As soon as this solution is available, it can be activated and used in just a few steps.
