• We place great value on our personal development and professional training.

• We regularly discuss the personal need for training in the annual staff appraisals and feedback sessions.

• We are a member of wvib Freiburg, we are involved in numerous experience and professional groups and we regularly attend seminars and advanced training courses.

• We use other vocational training providers such as IHK, TÜV, Migros Club School and our trade association.

• We work regularly with trainers and coaches to promote personal and team development.

• We hold regular internal product training courses and mutually train one another.
