Our ERP system successfully went live on January 7th, but some processes and workflows are still being fine-tuned and currently require a bit more time than usual.
We are working diligently to catch up on the existing backlog in processing quotes and orders, and kindly ask for your understanding and a bit of patience during this transitional phase.
The launch of our B2B webshop, originally scheduled for January 14th, will also be delayed by a few weeks. Our goal is to provide you with a stable and user-friendly platform from the very beginning. In conjunction with our ERP system, we want to ensure that all key processes – from product selection to order placement – are seamlessly integrated.
We will keep you updated on our progress and notify you as soon as the new launch date has been finalized. After the launch, our existing Extranet users will automatically receive new login credentials via email.
