The extensive knowledge and many years of experience of our jubilarians form the foundation for the continued success of Vetter GmbH Kabelverlegetechnik. We are proud to be able to congratulate five colleagues on their anniversaries.
Albert has been with us for 30 years and has contributed significantly to many of our product developments. Perhaps your CableJet has already passed through his hands.
Wolfgang is the expert in the field of cable spooling technology and has been part of our team for 20 years. Over the years, he has developed into an absolute specialist for our drum, ring winding and spooling machines.
Three times ten is another thirty years, or rather, a wealth of experience in various fields.
Rosana has been using her versatile skills in the Vetter team for ten years.
Peter has been on board since Vetter Plumett AG was founded ten years ago. He is not only an important contact for Swiss customers, but is also a well-known figure in sales on the German side.
Julien completed his training with us and has remained loyal to us ever since. He has been an essential part of our order processing team for ten years, ensuring that our customers are supplied punctually and reliably.
Thank you very much for your commitment and loyalty.
It is always an outstanding moment for us when we are able to congratulate our long-serving employees. This shows us that we are on the right track with our personnel policy and lets us feel the deep bond between our employees and Vetter GmbH.
As an eventful quarter draws to a close, we can look back on an outstanding year. We are delighted to welcome more talented team members to our organisation.
Sigrid joins our administrative team and, together with her colleague, ensures that everything runs smoothly at our head office. In operational marketing, Daniela provides fresh impetus with new images and much more. Lars is taking over the position of Head of Customer Service, and Ramona is joining us to support our existing team.
To ensure that we can continue to deliver our products promptly and in the highest quality, we have expanded the assembly team to include Jens, Evgenij, Mathias and Michael. In the outgoing goods department, Mustafa and his colleagues ensure that orders are dispatched quickly.
Last but not least, the team of our hard-working "bees" in the background has also been expanded. Svitlana, together with her colleagues, ensures a well-maintained environment.
Welcome and thank you for taking the step to complement us in various areas and contributing your valuable experience.
We wish you a successful start and much joy in your new tasks!
Information
We are in the final phase of our "ERP reimplementation" project. Our old system will be replaced by a new ERP system with Go Live on 1 March 2024. We will provide detailed information on this at the end of January 2024.
In preparation for this final phase, we need to carry out a physical inventory of all our stocks. To ensure that this important step can take place smoothly, we will close our company from Monday 6 November up to and including Wednesday 8 November 2023.
During this time, neither incoming nor outgoing goods will be possible. We therefore ask you to plan your requirements in advance and to coordinate with our sales and customer service team in good time.

Breko Fiberdays in Wiesbaden, AngaCom in Cologne, Langmatz Broadband Symposium in Garmisch, Kellner Telecommunikationstag in Ludwigsburg, Nordbau in Neumünster, HTI Zehnter Breitbandtag in Ulm - and always with the latest from the industry in our luggage.
We were also on the road in Switzerland: in Baden at the Tec Forum and in Niederurnen at the IBG Expo.
We would like to thank you as visitors for intensive discussions and all those who ensured that it was a successful trade fair year 2023.
